SISTERHOOD CROWNING CEREMONY

Updated: Jun 4, 2019

An enchanted evening with 18 special girls all dressed up in their gowns, hair and makeup complete to celebrate who they are and how much they are loved!

The day started with our Sisterhood Beauty Tribe of makeup artist and stylist that volunteered their time and gifts to make the girls feel special and beautiful for their big day.

Sweet and Sassy limo service arrives to surprise all the girls with their first limo ride to arrive in style and fun.

We arrived to the Butlers house at Vintage Creek where we were greeting with friends and family and a red carpet for the girls to walk down.

Special thank you for each of you for making this such a special evening! Edith Ali, Shameca Ragan, Noemy Perez, Corinne Dunn, Whitney Montgomery, Angela Lynn, Marina O Siler, Jennifer Ayala, Mariela Ochoa, Ness Skinner, Rachel Skinner, Autumn Casey, Patty Mar, Elizabeth Porter

Our private room was set up so beautifully by Marina Silver. A perfect space for a dinner specially provided by the Butlers House.

Following dinner was our Crowning Ceremony. Former Mrs Texas, Whitney Montgomery, purchased crowns and made sashes for the girls. On the sash was a character quality that most described each girl. They felt so special walking down the red carpet as we called each of their names to come before Mrs. Whitney and be crowned. Many had tears of joy as they received the crowns. Mr. Bryan gave each girl a rose after the crowning.

A special dance performance for all the volunteers that were there was performed by the girls special thanks to Elizabeth Porter, Director of Dancing Through Life. She taught the girls a routine to our favorite song “Dancing Queen.”

To finish the evening was our etiquette training put together by Angela Lynn, Author and Life coach, to prepare for our princess tea party! We had the most incredible cake made specially for us from Krissy. Marina had recently purchased exquisite tea cups and saucers that had just arrived from London for the girls to use.

"I have never had anyone do something so special like this for me before, today I feel like a real princess" said by one of the girls as each one stood up thanked everyone and shared what the evening meant to them.

Our beautiful princess and the prince of the night Christian Arredondo!
